Elena Krygina (born June 6, 1987, Surgut, USSR) is a Russian makeup and beauty expert, a columnist and a beauty-blogger.
Career
Started career as a makeup artist at 18 in Saint Petersburg. In a couple of years from a makeup master in a cosmetic shop she grew to being one of the most sought after makeup artist in Saint Petersburg. Worked at fashion shoots and shows in Saint Petersburg. In 2010 was chosen by the Belgian designer Bernhard Willhelm as a creative stylist and hairdresser for Bernard Willhelm show-performance for spring summer 2010 during Aurora Fashion Week.
Elena became well known in Saint Petersburg, where she worked with “Sobaka” magazine and model agency LMA. Later she set up her own studio ‘MakeUp Art School’ and became personal makeup artist of a principal dancer Diana Vishneva.
In January 2013 started her personal YouTube video-blog with makeup tutorials. As a makeup artist she constantly works at fashion photo shoots, writes articles, runs workshops on beauty and makeup.
