The Electoral district of Counties of Gloucester, Macquarie, and Stanley was an electorate of the partially elected New South Wales Legislative Council, created in the expansion of the Council in 1843. The electoral district included the counties of Gloucester, Macquarie and Stanley, the latter of which is now located in modern Queensland.

Gloucester, Macquarie, and Stanley was abolished in 1851, replaced by the separate electoral districts of Gloucester and Macquarie, County of Stanley and Stanley Boroughs.

Members

Richard Jones went on to represent Stanley Boroughs from September 1851 to November 1852.
