Eldean covered bridge in troy
The Eldean Covered Bridge spans the Great Miami River in Miami County, Ohio and was built in 1860. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1975.

It is an example of a "Long truss" bridge, i.e. of design by Stephen H. Long.
At 224 feet long for its two spans, it is the longest surviving example of its type. The Old Blenheim Bridge, in New York, with a total length of 232 feet in a single span was longer but was destroyed by a flood in 2011.

On January 11, 2017, the Eldean Covered Bridge was added to the list of national historic landmarks.
