El Larguero (lit, The Crossbar) is a Spanish radio sports program, that spends most of its time discussing football. The program began its broadcasts on Cadena SER in the year 1989. It is broadcast daily from 0:00 to 1:30 am. El Larguero is the most listened program in Spanish sports radio at night. The program is presented from Sundays to Thursdays by its director José Ramón de la Morena and Fridays and Saturdays by Yago de Vega.
