Efstathios Chorafas (Greek: Ευστάθιος Χωραφάς, 1871 - ?) was a Greek swimmer. He competed at the 1896 Summer Olympics in Athens.

Chorafas was the only swimmer to compete in all three of the open swimming events, as they were contested immediately after each other. His times in each of the events is unknown, as well as his place in the 100 metres freestyle, but it is known that he placed third in both of the longer events. In the case of the 500 metres freestyle, Chorafas was the last of three swimmers. In the 1,200 metres freestyle, he bested six other swimmers despite having already swum 600 metres in close succession.
