Effiom Otu Bassey (born 24 June 1992) is a Nigerian football midfielder.
He was bought from Bukola Babes by Lillestrøm SK in mid-2011. The club had recently sold fellow Nigerians Anthony Ujah and Nosa Igiebor. He played three Norwegian Premier League in the 2011 season.
Ahead of the 2012 season it was decided to loan him back to the Bukola Babes.
