Edwin William Carr Jr. (born 2 September 1928) is an Australian athlete. He was a Gold medallist in the 440 yards and 4 x 440 yard relay at the 1950 British Empire Games and also competed in the 1952 Summer Olympics in Helsinki. In 2000, a portrait of him was hung in the Archibald Prize painted by Ann Morton. His father, Slip Carr was also an Olympian (1924 Paris 100m semi-finalist).
