Edward H. Wolfe (September 26, 1834 – August 17, 1916) was an American Union brevet brigadier general during the period of the American Civil War. During the war, he led the 52nd Indiana Volunteer Infantry. He received his appointment as brevet brigadier general dated to March 13, 1865.

After the war, Wolfe was Indiana State Auditor from 1881 until 1883.
He died in the same city where he was born, Rushville, Indiana.
