Edward Broadhurst (2 July 1810 – 7 April 1883) was an English-born Australian barrister and politician.

He was born at Bath to the Reverend Thomas Broadhurst and Frances Whittaker. He studied at the University of Cambridge and in 1837 became a barrister. Later that year he migrated to New South Wales, and soon had a successful legal practice. On 7 May 1853 he married Harriett Lucy Greenhill, with whom he had two children. He was a non-elective member of the New South Wales Legislative Council from 1851 to 1856, and a member of the reconstituted Council from 1856 to 1861. He took silk in 1858. Broadhurst died after some years of ill health in Sydney in 1883.
