Edward- The diary of a hamster is a book written by Miriam and Ezra Elia. Printed in 2012 by Humanitas, the book is 92 pages long, and aimed at all readers. The book is written in diary form. Miriam Elia and her brother, Ezra Elia, were once proud owners of an unusually sullen hamster named Edward, which died in their care. The death of the hamster had a deep impact upon them, because it was the only being the two have ever tried to care for.
