Eduardo Varela Pezzano (born 15 June 1984) is a Colombian trademark attorney, a member of the legal firm Cavelier Abogados, and author of multiple books and law journal articles on Intellectual Property (IP) Law. He is a leading expert and practitioner in the fields of trademark law and domain names, and he has been recognized as an "IP Star" in Colombia by Managing Intellectual Property magazine and with the "IP Excellence Award" from leading Latin American IP magazine Marcasur. He is a Panelist with the Asian Domain Name Dispute Resolution Centre (ADNDRC).

Varela Pezzano has also written for Colombian newspaper La República as part of his firm's consultant column, and provides regular legal commentary on trademark news reports.

He is the son of former Colombian senator Ricardo Varela Consuegra.
