Edinburg is an unincorporated community in Edinburg Township, Portage County, in the U.S. state of Ohio.

History
The first settlement at Edinburg was made in 1815. A post office was established at Edinburg in 1822, and remained in operation until 1903. Edinburg and Edinburg Township were named for the fact several men with the last name Eddy were pioneer settlers in the area.
