Edel-Heinrich von Zachariae-Lingenthal (19 April 1916 – 30 March 1998) was a highly decorated Major im Generalstab in the Wehrmacht during World War II. He was also a recipient of the Knight's Cross of the Iron Cross. The Knight's Cross of the Iron Cross was awarded to recognise extreme battlefield bravery or successful military leadership. He was married to Gisela von Manstein, the daughter of the German World War II Field Marshal Erich von Manstein.
