Edward Anthony "Ed" Sukla (March 3, 1943 – September 24, 2015) was a professional baseball player who played 3 seasons for the Los Angeles Angels and California Angels of Major League Baseball.Ed pitched the first winning game for the Angels at their new Angel Stadium (April 20, 1966). Ed went on to play 12 years as a relief pitcher in the Pacific Coast League. After Ed's pro career, he became a pro scout for the National Scouting Bureau (under the commissioner"s office). Ed was Scout of the Year in 2007.
