The third season of the Canadian-American animated comedy television series Ed, Edd n Eddy, created by Danny Antonucci, originally aired on Cartoon Network from April 6, 2001, to July 12, 2002, and consists of 25 episodes. The series revolves around three adolescent boys collectively known as "the Eds", who live in a suburban cul-de-sac. Unofficially led by Eddy, the Eds constantly scheme to make money off their peers in order to purchase their favorite confectionery, jawbreakers. However, their plans usually fail, leaving them in various predicaments.

Two additional seasons of Ed, Edd n Eddy were ordered by Cartoon Network during production of the second in 2000. While the voice cast remained mostly the same as in season two (Matt Hill, Samuel Vincent, and Tony Sampson as Ed, Double Dee, and Eddy, David Paul Grove as Jonny 2x4, Keenan Christenson as Jimmy, Janyse Jaud as Sarah and Lee Kanker, Kathleen Barr as Kevin and Marie, Peter Kelamis as Rolf), Jenn Forgie replaced Erin Fitzgerald as the voice of Nazz and May Kanker. In 2001, James Wootton was nominated for the Annie Award for an Outstanding Individual Achievement for Storyboarding in an Animated Television Production, for his work on the season premiere episode, "Wish You Were Ed."

The season is available for purchase on the iTunes Store, Google Play and Amazon.com, and can be streamed on Netflix. The episode "Don't Rain on My Ed" is part of the Cartoon Network: Halloween Volume 3 – Sweet Sweet Fear compilation DVD, which was released in region 1 on September 12, 2006. The season was written by Antonucci, Jono Howard, Mike Kubat, Geoff Berner, Marlowe Weisman, and John Mein (who only co-wrote "Dueling Eds").
