The Eastern Football Conference refers to one of at least three football leagues, one active and three defunct, from the United States and Canada.

  • It has been the name of three different collegiate football conferences in the United States:
  • Eastern Football Conference (1965–1974), an NCAA College Division football league, active from 1965 to 1974.
  • Eastern Football Conference (1997–2000), an NCAA Division II football league, active from 1997 to 2001.
  • It was also a former name of one of the divisions comprising the modern-day Canadian Football League (CFL):
  • Canadian Football League East Division, known as the Eastern Football Conference between 1960 and 1980.
  • It could also refer to the Eastern Collegiate Football Conference, the name of two separate NCAA football leagues:

  • Eastern Collegiate Football Conference (1990–1997) an NCAA Division II football league, active from 1990 to 1997.
  • Eastern Collegiate Football Conference an active NCAA Division III football league established in 2009.
