Eagris hereus, the beautiful orange flat, is a butterfly in the Hesperiidae family. It is found in Guinea, Sierra Leone, Ivory Coast, Ghana, Togo, Nigeria, Cameroon, Gabon, Angola and the Central African Republic. The habitat consists of forests.

Adults are attracted to flowers.
