EZFW or Estimate Zero Fuel Weight is the anticipated weight of the aircraft including all crew and cargo, but without fuel. The figure is used in the calculation of the flight plan and to determine possible weight problems.
EZFW= Dry Operating Weight + Traffic Load OR, EZFW = Basic Empty Weight+ Useful Load + Traffic Load.
Dry Operating weight - total mass of Aeroplane excluding useful fuel and traffic load. but includes crew, crew baggage, catering, pantry, portable water. Traffic load- Pax weight,baggage, cargo and includes any non revenue load Useful Load- Mass of usable fuel and traffic load.
