E. Hogg (full name and dates of birth and death unknown) was an English cricketer. Hogg's batting and bowling styles are unknown.

Hogg made his first-class debut for Norfolk against Yorkshire in 1833 at Hyde Park Ground, Sheffield. He made two further first-class appearances for Norfolk, with both coming against Yorkshire in 1834 and 1836. In his three matches, he scored a total of 44 runs, averaging 8.80, with a high score of 22. With the ball, he took a single wicket, that of George Smith in 1834.
