E. B. Hamrick Hall is a historic academic building located on the campus of Gardner-Webb University at Boiling Springs, Cleveland County, North Carolina. It was built between 1920 and 1925, and is a three-story, nine bay, "T"-shaped, Colonial Revival-style brick building. It features a five-bay projecting entrance pavilion. It is the oldest building on the campus of Gardner-Webb College.

It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982.
