E. Madhusudhanan is a politician and former minister from the Indian state of Tamil Nadu. He is the Presidium Chairman of the party and currently supports the O.Paneerselvam faction of AIADMK.He was elected to the Tamil Nadu legislative assembly as an Anna Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam candidate from Radhakrishnan Nagar constituency in 1991 election. He served as Handloom minister in Jayalalitha cabinet formed after 1991 election.. He was field as a candidate of AIADMK (Puratchi Thalaivi Amma) O.Paneerselvam faction in the RK Nagar by election following the death of Chief Minister Jayalalitha. However, the elections was suspended following the alleged involvement of money distribution and bribery involving another candidate, Dinakaran from Sasikala's camp of the AIADMK.
