E. L. "Shorty" Fuller was a photographer in Boise during the 1930s and 1940s. A collection of his negatives, scrapbooks and prints reside at the Idaho State Historical Society. Although Shorty was a freelance photographer, he began at the Associated Press, and continued doing photographer with the Idaho Statesman from 1937 - 1942. His crisp and engaging photographs document street scenes, parades, and daily life in Boise at that time.
