Durgesh Kaushik is a blogger, speaker and angel investor based in India. He is a former CMO at Edureka. He previously worked at Facebook in the SMB marketing team in Dublin and Singapore, looking after EMEA and APAC markets respectively. Career

After completing his engineering in Information Technology from NSIT, Delhi University, Kaushik joined Dell Services as a software engineer. Thereafter, he went to USA to complete his MBA at University of California, Irvine. During his MBA, he worked on social networking research projects and was a teaching assistant for organizational behavior and information systems courses. At UC Irvine, he also developed a social network (now defunct) called mayanet.org, which was aimed at addressing users' privacy concerns through user generated privacy policy. After his MBA, Kaushik was appointed as the marketing head at InfoStretch Corporation, a Silicon Valley-based start-up. He then joined SMB Marketing team at Facebook in Dublin, looking after EMEA market. He was then selected for Jio Young Leadership Program by Reliance Industries. After a short stint at Jio, Kaushik joined SMB Marketing team at Facebook in Singapore, looking after the APAC market. He was then appointed as the Chief Marketing Officer by Edureka. Currently, Kaushik is a start-up advisor, industry speaker and blogger. He is an author at DigitalMarket.Asia, Deccan Chronicle, Digital Doughnut and imwire.net.
