Duncan Elphinstone McBryde (12 May 1854 – 24 November 1920) was a Scottish-born Australian politician.

He was born in Argyllshire to Duncan and Alice McBryde, and migrated to New South Wales in 1872. He was a farmer, and on 2 August 1883 married Ellen Menzies, with whom he had two daughters. Around 1884 he relocated to Victoria, where he became a director of BHP in 1886; he was chairman of the company from 1895 to 1897. In 1891 he was elected to the Victorian Legislative Council for North Western Province; he did not re-contest his seat in 1896, but returned to the Council in 1901, representing South Eastern Province. From 1908 to 1909 he was Minister for Public Health. McBryde retired in 1919, and died in Toorak in 1920.
