Dubai Investment Park is a mixed used development project in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. When completed it will be 2,300 hectares in area or approximately 9 km inland from the Persian gulf near the industrial park of Jebel Ali. Upon completion it will have industrial, business, residential, and recreational settlements. Dubai investment park will be constructed in phases, and only one phase is left for completion.
