Dresden (also Dresdon) is an unincorporated community in Pettis County, Missouri, United States. Its altitude is 827 feet (252 m), and it is located at about 38°45′2″N 93°20′3″W (38.7505703, -93.3352083).

History
A post office called Dresden was established in 1863, and remained in operation until 1954. The community was named after Dresden, in Germany. Dresden was once an incorporated town.
