Dorud County (Persian: شهرستان درود) is a county in Lorestan Province in Iran. The capital of the county is Dorud. At the 2006 census, the county's population was 159,026, in 36,687 families. The county is subdivided into two districts: the Central District and Silakhor District. The county has two cities: Chalanchulan and Dorud.
