Donacaula semifuscalis is a moth in the Crambidae family. It was described by Hampson in 1919. It is found in Brazil (Mato Grasso, Perambuco) and Bolivia.

The length of the forewings is 23–38 mm. The forewings are yellowish brown irrorated with brown. Males have yellowish white hindwings, irrorated with light brown and brown. The ground colour of the hindwings of the females is yellowish white.
