Donacaula parealis is a moth in the Crambidae family. It was described by Martinez in 2010. It is found in North America, where it has been recorded from Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi and Wisconsin.
The length of the forewings is 17–22 mm. The forewings are light brown, irrorated with brown and the hindwings are yellowish white, also irrorated with brown.
