Donacaula ochronella is a moth in the Crambidae family. It was described by Martinez in 2010. It is found in North America, where it has been recorded from California, Arizona, Nevada and Utah.

The length of the forewings is 21–28 mm. The forewings are golden yellow to light yellow with a light brown costal band. The hindwings are yellowish white.
