"Don't Break My Heart Again" is a single by the English hard rock band Whitesnake. The song is taken from the band's fourth studio album Come an' Get It, and was written by the band's vocalist, founder and leader David Coverdale. The song peaked at number 17 on the UK Singles Chart.

The song starts with Jon Lord's organs, along with Neil Murray driving bass playing. Soon the guitars enter along with emotional yet heavy lyrics delivered by David Coverdale. According to Coverdale, both this and "Fool for Your Loving" were inspired by the end of Coverdale's first marriage.

The song has proved to be one of Whitesnake's most popular songs. It became a mainstay in Whitesnake's set list until 1985. After this the band retired many of their older songs (including this one), as the band no longer featured any members that were present during its recording (except for Coverdale). In 2002, when Whitesnake reformed after a four-year hiatus, the song was brought back, as well as many other older songs.

Guitarist Doug Aldrich has also said that "Don't Break My Heart Again" is one of his favorite Whitesnake songs.

The single's B-side, "Child of Babylon", is also featured on Come an' Get It, and was written by Coverdale and guitarist Bernie Marsden.
