Domingo Polanco Germán (born August 4, 1992) is a Dominican professional baseball pitcher in the New York Yankees' organization.

Germán was signed by the Miami Marlins as an international free agent in 2009. He made his professional debut in 2010 for the Dominican Summer League Marlins. Germán played the 2014 season with the Greensboro Grasshoppers, going 9–3 with a 2.48 earned run average (ERA) and 113 strikeouts. In July he was selected to play in the All-Star Futures Game and recorded two strikeouts in the game.

On December 19, 2014, the Yankees acquired Germán, along with Nathan Eovaldi, and Garrett Jones from the Miami Marlins for Martín Prado and David Phelps.
