Dohngi Dam lies 2 kilometers northwest of Gujar Khan in Rawalpindi, Punjab, Pakistan. The dam is a local tourist attraction for residents of Gujar Khan. In the hot summer season, many local youngsters use the dam to bathe or swim. In the summer of 1996, one such group of local youths visited the dam for such a purpose. One of the youths, 17-year-old Bilal Ahmed of Saigolabad village, drowned in the dam.
