Diwan Chaman Lall (1892 - c.1973) was an Indian politician and diplomat who served as a Member of the Rajya Sabha.

He was educated at Rawalpindi, Paris, Seaford College and Balliol College, Oxford, and was called to the bar at Middle Temple. He was a founder and first general secretary of the All India Trade Union Congress in 1920, and served as MLA (Central) from 1924 to 1931 and 1945 to 1948; MLA Punjab 1937 to 1945; Member of the Constituent Assembly of India 1945 to 1948, and Indian Ambassador to Turkey from 1949 to 1950. He later served as a Member of the Rajya Sabha in the 1950s and 60s.
