Diversity Arrays Technology (DArT) is the name of a technology used in molecular genetics to develop sequence markers for genotyping and other genetic analysis.

DArT is based on microarray hybridizations that detect the presence versus absence of individual fragments in genomic representations. The technology has significant advantages over other array based Single-nucleotide polymorphism detection technologies in the analysis of polyploid plants.
