Ditrigona spatulata is a moth in the Drepanidae family. It was described by Wilkinson in 1968. It is found in India (Sikkim).

The wingspan is 15.5 mm for males and 16.5-18 mm for females. The costa of the forewings is pale buff, becoming brown proximally. There are six grey equally spaced weakly lunulate transverse fasciae, and traces of a terminal. The hindwings have five grey equally spaced weakly lunulate transverse fasciae and traces of a terminal fascia.
