Dipika O'Neill Joti (born 1967 in Turkey) is a Turkish-Australian actress and a model. She is of Indian descent.
Biography
Joti played the role of Depa Billaba in Star Wars episodes one and two. She has also appeared in the TV series Gimme 6, in which she plays the Mayor of the town. One of her modeling jobs was to model Depa Billaba in the book Shatterpoint.
