Dioryctria okanaganella is a species of snout moth in the genus Dioryctria. It was described by Mutuura, Munroe and Ross, in 1969. It is found from southern British Columbia to northern California.

The forewings are black and white, with red scaling throughout the wing, particularly in the basal and terminal areas. Adults are on wing from late June to early July.

The larvae feed on Pinus ponderosa. They bore in previous Dioryctria feeding sites in the cambium under the bark or in twigs.
