Dionisio Dogan (1689–1749) was an Irish Soldier of the Militia of Buenos Aires, during the Viceroyalty of Peru. He is a maternal ancestor of Juan Martín de Pueyrredón.

Dogan was born in Ireland, son of John Duggan and Anne Maggin. He came to Rio de la Plata, with the contingent of 180 soldiers, embarked on Apr. 1717 in Cádiz. In 1718 Dogan was married to Tomasa Marin.
