Dimitru Frâncu (born May 28, 1985) is a Romanian ski mountaineer. He was born in Zărneşti, started ski mountaineering in 2003, and has been a member of the national team since 2006. Together with Rareş Manea, Silviu Manea and Ionuţ Găliţeanu, he finished ninth in the relay event of the 2007 European Championship of Ski Mountaineering.
