Dimethylsulfone reductase (EC 1.8.1.17) is an enzyme. This enzyme catalyses the following chemical reaction

dimethyl sulfoxide + H₂O + NAD⁺ ⇌ dimethyl sulfone + NADH + H⁺

Dimethylsulfone reductase is a molybdoprotein.
