Dillon International is a non-profit agency of Christian origin, it provides humanitarian aid and assistance in international adoption. It was established in 1972 and based in Oklahoma, United States. It is considered one of the oldest adoption agencies. It has regional offices in Arkansas, California, Missouri and Texas. Families are accepted from all 50 states.

By declaration of its founders, Dillon International was founded on the belief in the Great Commission of Jesus Christ. It is their belief that every child deserves the love and care of a family. They seek Jesus' direction in serving vulnerable children around the world and try to serve these children and their families as Jesus Christ would serve them.

The agency facilitates adoptions in South Korea, India, China, Hong Kong, Colombia and Haiti. Dillon also provides humanitarian aid in these countries as well as Vietnam.

The annual budget for Vietnam constituted 160,900 USD in 2004 and 161,400 USD in 2005 - 2006.
