Dietmar Elyashevich Rosenthal (Russian: Ди́тмар Элья́шевич Розента́ль; December 19/31, 1899 in Łódź, Russian Empire – July 1994, Moscow, Russia) was a Russian linguist.

He created several Russian-Italian and Italian-Russian dictionaries and translated the works of Italian writers into Russian. Together with Prof. Bylinsky he introduced the practical stylistics. He is most famous for the creation of multiple guidebooks, learnbooks, dictionaries etc. of the Russian language.
