Die andere Liebe (The Other Love) is a 1988 short (approximately 35 minutes) documentary film directed by Axel Otten and Helmut Kißling. The film was produced by East Germany's state-run DEFA Film Studios in collaboration with and under commission by the German Hygiene Museum. This film was the first in East Germany to focus on homosexuality as a topic and premiered the year prior to the only feature film to feature the same topic, Coming Out.
