Dickinson Valley (77°18′57″S 161°26′13″E) is a valley, 1.2 nautical miles (2.2 km) long, on the west side of Nickell Peak in the Cruzen Range of Victoria Land. Named by the New Zealand Geographic Board in 2005 after Warren Dickenson, a geologist studying quaternary geology, who led Victoria University's Antarctic Expeditions field parties working in the McMurdo Dry Valleys during five seasons from 1996. The spelling of the name was changed from Dickenson to Dickinson on 17 July 2007.
