Dianne Crampton is an American businesswoman and author. She is the founder of TIGERS Success Series, a management consulting company founded in 1987 based in Bend, Oregon. Her research on organizational development was presented at a conference sponsored by the United Nations and later the National Institute of Applied Business Ethics in 1995.
Crampton authored her first book, “TIGERS Among Us,” in 2010. It discussed her research on workforce culture and featured examples of the TIGERS process with companies including Zappos.com and 4Refuel. The book outlined the six principles of the TIGERS method as trust, interdependence, genuineness, empathy, risk, and success. Her work was detailed in the 2010 Pfeiffer Consulting Annual and Crampton’s company was nominated by Merrill Lynch for Inc. Magazine’s small business and entrepreneurial awards.
