Dhool Siras is located in Dwarka, Delhi Sub-City in South-West Delhi. Dhool Siras is an urbanised village as per Delhi Govt's notification u/s 507 (No.F.33/Engg/TP(DP)/11424/94 dt 24.10.1994). It is connected with Dwarka from the North, Bijwasan from the East,Bamnoli from the south and Najafgarh from the West. The nearest Railway-Station is Bijwasan, and nearest Metro-Station is Sector-10, Dwarka. There is only one MCD primary school. Senior students have to go to other nearby schools for their studies.

It has a total area of 72 acres (290,000 m2) surrounded by a "Lal Dora" road. The settlement of Dhool Siras dates back to around 1100 AD, after separating from village Bharthal. More than 65% of the people are Jats and 30% are Jatav (Dalit). It is one of the most peaceful places in Delhi with very low crime rate. Total voters in village are about 1750.

Lately government notifications have notified that a second Diplomatic Enclave to house several Embassies and Foreign Missions shall be allotted around the village which is located in Sector 24 of Dwarka sub-city.A Convention Centre,A mall and a Golf course are also planned around the village.
