Derek Booth (born July 19, 1970 in Niagara Falls, Ontario) is a former professional ice hockey player and coach, and a former professional roller hockey player. After retiring as a player, Booth went on to become the head coach of the Fayetteville FireAntz in the SPHL, the Bloomington PrairieThunder in the UHL and the Bloomington PrairieThunder in the IHL. He is currently the head coach of the Bantam U14 AAA Sylvania Northstars in Sylvania, OH.
