Dennison School House is a historic school building (now a private residence) at Dennison Lane in Southbridge, Massachusetts. It is the best preserved of two surviving 19th century rural schoolhouses in Southbridge, and is unusual for the use of brick in its construction. It is estimated to have been built around 1849, on the site of a previous schoolhouse that dated to 1795. It is a simple 1.5 story structure which has since been adapted for residential use.

The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1989.
