Dennis Phua (born July 22, 1985) is the Executive Director of Singapore company Azione Capital and the Chief Operating Officer of Ave&Partners, a management consulting and private equity firm.

Personal life
Phua has a financially humble family background. He was educated at Raffles Institution and Raffles Junior College, now integrated with Raffles Institution. Phua is a Council Member of the Old Rafflesians’ Association and volunteers as a Scout Leader.
